If the corresponding positions of the cavity (fixed mold insert) and core (movable mold insert) are not completely matched, the core insert and the side core-pulling slider and other parts will collide and cause damage or abnormal wear, sometimes even It will cause the size difference of the molded product and produce burrs.
By positioning the corresponding positions of the cavity (fixed mold insert) and core (moving mold insert) to prevent them from being misplaced, this undesirable phenomenon can be avoided.
