4. Before installation, check and measure the length of the hexagon socket head bolt for assembly to ensure that the assembly bolt can bear the bottom of the blind hole of the conical sleeve after being tightened to ensure that the conical surface is closely matched, and ensure that the bolt is subject to reverse thrust at the bottom of the blind hole, to achieve double locking effect, the same as the nut.
5. After the conical sleeve pulley is tightened, check and adjust the relative positions of the primary pulley and driven pulley by pulling a wire to ensure that the 2 pulleys are on the same plane and the belt tension is moderate.
